A long-term tenancy has been secured for Airama House, a modern warehouse and office building in Hinckley.
On behalf of the landlord, our Director, Jason Hercock has negotiated a 10-year lease which will see a global Waste to Energy company relocate.
Jason said: “Airama House is situated on Hinckley’s northern boundary, is well-maintained with private parking and has strong transport connections via the A47, A5 and M69. As such, we anticipated high demand when we brought the property to market and this proved to be correct. On the first day, we had five viewings and three offers to present to the landlord. After consultation, we agreed the best option was to pursue a tenancy with the multinational firm.”
Paul Strong, landlord at Airama House added: “This was the first time I have worked with a commercial property agent and Jason was extremely helpful and professional. He produced quality marketing material, remained in regular communication and offered considered advice throughout. Airama House is part of my investment portfolio so it’s excellent news to have secured a long-term tenancy; I wish the new occupants every success.”
