Wells McFarlane has topped a trio of prestigious industry awards during the first half of 2019.
Named Estates Gazette’s Most Active Agent in Leicestershire for the respective property title. The magazine collects data for all the deals undertaken during the previous year before ranking the top 5 within the county. In more good news, newly promoted director Jason Hercock MRICS has been crowned the county’s top ranking Most Active Dealmaker 2019 by Estates Gazette’s, he comments:
“I’m delighted to have won this award, it’s a reflection of the strong relationships we have with small to medium-sized enterprises in Leicestershire. Office and industrial occupiers, in particular, have proved to be most active in their efforts to capitalise on favourable economic conditions, despite the current political uncertainties that Brexit presents.”
To complete the trio of awards the firm was announced as Best Property Business 2019 at the Business Masters Awards, East Midlands. An impressive portfolio of commercial clients including representing three of the largest commercial development schemes in Leicestershire certainly helped the firm secure the prestigious award.
Wells McFarlane founder and director Andrew McFarlane Holt comments:
“We are thrilled to have won not just one but three awards in such a short space of time, they really do represent the mark of excellence that our team bring to the East Midlands property industry.”
