Wells McFarlane’s Commercial Agency Team has topped a prestigious property industry league table by undertaking more than 75 commercial property sales and lettings in the year ending February 2018. The leading property consultancy placed second, one place behind national agent, Innes England.
For the respected property title of ‘Estates Gazette’s Most Active Agent in Leicestershire’, the magazine collects data for all the deals undertaken between 1st March 2017 and 28th February 2018 before ranking the top 5. The figures include only disposals, excluding re-gears and lease renewals. It is the third time Wells McFarlane has been ranked in the top 3 since first entering in 2014, and follows hot on the heels of being placed 4th most active agent across the whole East Midlands for office lettings and sales.
Michelle Mills, Commercial Property Director at Wells McFarlane stated: “This is a tremendous achievement once again for the team. Our in-depth knowledge of the commercial property market across the East Midlands, and Leicestershire in particular, has given us the strength and breadth to be a contender for the award and for successfully achieving a most respectable ranking once again. With the forthcoming year introducing Wells McFarlane to the big shed market in the East Midlands, the opportunities and prospects for 2018 are promising and we will continue to work towards achieving the very best for our clients.”
