Our director, Trevor Wells is an Ultra White Collar Boxing Champion!
On Saturday night, Trevor competed in the Ultra White Collar Boxing at Club Republic, Leicester. After months of training, Trevor stepped in the ring to face his opponent, 35 year old Gio, and managed to defeat him with a spectacular upper cut and a first round knock out!
Trevor said: “At the ripe age of 52, I decided to enter this event to fundraise for Rainbows, a local charity that does an amazing job helping children and young people that have a serious or terminal illness. The whole night was such a great experience, and I was expecting a tough fight as my opponent was in great shape so getting the KO in round 1 was unbelievable.
“I’m incredibly proud that I've raised £5,705 for Rainbows, which has surpassed all my expectations. A huge thank you to all my sponsors and if you want to see the full video of my fight, it’s on my Just Giving page (link below), where you can still donate to this fantastic charity.”
