The 2026 CoStar Annual Awards have been announced today, confirming we're the BEST commercial agency in Leicester and the East Midlands for office and investment deals, topping the table in THREE categories!
For our 2025 deals, we finished first in two of the four office categories for Leicester, winning Most Active Disposal Agent and Most Active Single Branch Agency for Acquisitions and Disposals (both by number) as well as being confirmed in the Top 5 for the same categories by square footage.
In the East Midlands market, we also took first place in the industrial category for Most Active Single Branch Agency for Acquisitions and Disposals (by number). Finally, we finished in the Top 5 for Most Active Disposal Agent for the East Midlands industrial market, also by number.
