The historic Desford Hall and Coach House in Leicestershire are almost fully occupied after our Director, Jason Hercock secured new tenancy agreements for four of the five available offices.
At the Coach House, specialist law firm, Michael Cummins Employment Solicitors has relocated while an existing tenant, a private company, has renewed their lease and taken a second premises. A new lease has been agreed with another private firm for office space in Desford Hall.
Speaking about their decision to relocate, Michael Cummins said: “We have taken on three fee-earners in the last six months, thanks to significant new client wins and sustainably growing levels of work and turnover. So we needed a more suitable space for the bigger team.
“The new offices and their environment really chime with the kind of firm we are – boutique, focussed, atypical and determined to be a great and enjoyable place to work. We now have the space to expand the team throughout 2025 and beyond,” adds Michael.
