Two industrial units on the newly constructed Tungsten Park in Lutterworth have been let in record time. In just two weeks, the firm has secured tenancies for WestCross Environmental Services and a private engineering company, representing a total 5625 sq ft space.
Our Director, Andrew McFarlane Holt negotiated the deals. “Both of these lettings were agreed and completed within the fortnight following Tungsten’s Park practical completion, making this the fastest duo of deals we’ve concluded,” he said. “Having acted as the agents managing initial sales at Tungsten Park, we were aware some purchasers had aspirations to make their units available for letting. We were able to harness this knowledge and secure swift lettings for two local companies,” Andrew concluded.
Comprising 13 light industrial units within Lutterworth’s well-established industrial area, Tungsten Park was completed in October 2021 by award-winning developer, Tungsten Properties. Wells McFarlane secured more than 60% of the sales, virtually all of which were off-plan.
Andrew added: “The appetite from manufacturers, investors and service businesses for high quality, light industrial/warehouse units like those as Tungsten Park has been exceptional. With more storage/distribution space and a centralised hub from which to operate, this pair of businesses can now expand, and we wish them every success in their new location.”
There is one, 3,000 sq ft unit still available to let at Tungsten Park. It benefits from 6m eaves height, level loading doors, loading area and designated parking. Tungsten Park is easily accessible from Lutterworth town centre, the M1, M6 and M69.
