A veterinary practice that has been serving the Leicestershire community for over 20 years has acquired additional space at its Lutterworth premises in a deal concluded by our Director, Andrew McFarlane Holt.
Alongside its existing space at Elizabethan House on Leicester Road, Broughton Veterinary Group has taken an additional 1,541 sq ft, enabling the practice to offer more services and create up to 11 job opportunities for vets, nurses and reception/admin support staff.
Practice manager, Carole Clarke explains: “Broughton Veterinary Group has focused on small animal practice from our premises in Broughton Astley, Lutterworth and Leicester with our farm team operating from Welford. Since becoming part of the Vet Partners Group in 2019, we’ve had the ability to participate in larger projects and this meant we were outgrowing our Lutterworth branch. The additional units in the same building presented an exceptional opportunity for expansion and mean we will not only be able to increase our services but also achieve longer term growth plans including attracting veterinary surgeons with particular specialisms.
“Our working relationship with Wells McFarlane extends several years, and their connections in both the rural and commercial property markets have been vital. We’re grateful for their support in securing this additional space and helping us create an exciting opportunity for our future development,” concluded Carole.
