A five-year lease we secured for a 1,533 sq ft unit on a popular out-of-town office park has enabled the relocation of a longstanding Leicestershire business.
Recruitment specialist, Pertemps has taken Unit 7 at Oak Spinney Park, Leicester Forest East in a move that has allowed the firm to consolidate its Leicester offering.
“We previously had a number of small offices in and around Leicester city centre but in order to better serve the wider Leicestershire area, we needed a more modern and welcoming office that was easily accessible,” explains Pertemps’ Group Property Director, Sue Wilcox. “Wells McFarlane immediately understood our requirements and worked closely with us to ensure we had the right premises.
“Oak Spinney Park is situated nearby the M1, M69 and A46 and had both the connections and environment we were looking for. Jason and his team were extremely efficient in ensuring all the arrangements were completed promptly and we are grateful for their expertise,” adds Sue.
