8 Winston Avenue has been sold for an undisclosed sum to retail display specialists, TopCo Investments Ltd T/A Insitu Display Ltd. Insitu Display support major brands across the UK, Europe and internationally.

When we brought 8 Winston Avenue to market, they were one of the first to enquire and arrange a viewing. Knowing their ambitions, we could see the property offered a strong fit.
“Winston Avenue is an established industrial location, well-served by excellent transport links, and this was an important part of its appeal for Insitu Display. They immediately saw the unit’s potential and now the sale has completed, will begin a major refurbishment to modernise the premises.
