A new residential development can now proceed following the sale of land in the centre of Lutterworth.
In a deal completed by our Director, Trevor Wells, the site on the corner of Central Avenue and Swiftway was sold with outline planning consent for a residential development of ten new apartments, car parking and communal green space.
“Formerly home to the Swiftway Community Centre, which had remained derelict for several years, this site offered a rare opportunity to purchase immediately developable land in the centre of Lutterworth,” explains Trevor. “The outline planning consent allows for the construction of ten new properties, five one bedroom and five two bedroom apartments, representing circa 7,000 sq ft accommodation. We were pleased to secure this deal and look forward to seeing the regeneration of this prominent corner.
“With the housing market exceptionally buoyant at the moment and the government striving to meet high targets for new homes, sites like these are in great demand so I encourage landowners with similar parcels to get in touch.” Concluded Trevor.
