Our commercial agency team has just completed its third letting in four months at Seaton Grange Offices, meaning the charming rural business park is now fully occupied.
Bobby Brown, our Asset Manager who was appointed five months ago, has negotiated the trio of office lettings, including the Iroka Office, the Elm Office, and Open Plan Office.
“Set within a converted stone built barn, Seaton Grange Offices present a characterful business venue within the village,” explains Bobby. “Extensively renovated, our marketing approach involved highlighting the new upgrades and finishes as well as targeting businesses seeking a ‘destination’ office, somewhere that provides a modern workplace as well as a sense of community.
“These, combined with actively promoting the wellbeing benefits of a rural workplace, proved effective in attracting interest and I’m pleased to confirm the three vacant units are all now let to established businesses,” adds Bobby.
Seaton Grange Offices’ landlord, Malcolm Melville comments: “It’s fantastic news that the established business community at Seaton Grange has gained three new tenants. Bobby’s proactive and targeted approach really accelerated interest levels and we are pleased his insight has allowed us to reach full occupancy.”
Seaton Grange Offices are situated in the Rutland village of Seaton and benefit from panoramic views over the surrounding countryside and landscaped gardens. The new tenants to relocate are Urban Skin Clinic, a specialist textile arts studio, and a private company.
Yvette Redding, one of the new tenants, adds: “We have recently taken over the lease of a fabulous office at Seaton Grange; it is light, airy and very well presented for our Textile Arts Studio. Bobby at Wells McFarlane has been an effective agent for the landlord. He has always responded to queries promptly, aiming to resolve any questions or difficulties without delay. On several occasions, Bobby has taken the initiative to speed up the process of organising the requisite paperwork and we have appreciated this attentive and thoughtful approach.”
