We’re pleased to confirm we have been appointed to manage two new business parks, expanding our portfolio further across the East and West Midlands.
On behalf of Brackley Property Developments, we are now managing Blaby Business Park in Leicestershire and Reedswood Park in Walsall. Combined, this represents a total of 243,119 sq ft office, industrial and warehouse space and both parks are fully occupied.
Our director, Jason Hercock is overseeing the management. Jason comments: “These two business parks are well-known in their respective towns and present attractive premises because of their connectivity. In our discussions with Brackley Property Developments, we shared insight on how we could better protect asset value and were told this perspective helped us stand out.
