Our land and planning team has negotiated the sale of a residential development site that will bring 29 new homes to the market town of Nuneaton in Warwickshire.
The 5.3 acre site was sold in a pre-Budget deal to a local housebuilder. Our assistant land agent, Tom Knowles acted as the main selling agent. Tom comments: “This site is located on the town’s northwestern edge, close to the village of Hartshill. It benefits from good transport links and access to Nuneaton’s many amenities, so unsurprisingly attracted multiple bids from regional housebuilders looking to acquire such a prime site.
“Together with a strategic land promoter, we were able to secure a sale to a local developer, with the whole transaction completed prior to the Budget.
“We now look forward to seeing this collection of family homes take shape in the New Year,” adds Tom.
