A business park in Sharnford, Leicestershire is now fully occupied after our Director, Andrew McFarlane Holt concluded lettings on 22,000 sq ft of light industrial units.
Four warehouse/storage facilities at The Farm, the commercial complex owned by John Brindley Transport, have been taken by two local companies to facilitate expansion and take advantage of the park’s well-connected location for distribution.
“This latest series of lettings follows on from the 20,000 sq ft we completed with a national occupier at the end of last year,” explains Andrew. “The appetite for high quality units of this size remains exceptionally high, illustrated by the fact that one of these new tenants took occupation within a week of the deal being concluded. Landlords with similar properties, or landowners with existing hardstanding that could be repurposed with new construction, are encouraged to get in touch.”
