A residential development of up to 80 new homes in Burbage, Leicestershire can now proceed after a successful planning appeal.
Our Director, Trevor Wells initially placed the land to the southwest of Lutterworth Road with Redrow and has since supported the housebuilder in a lengthy planning process, as he explains: “Redrow’s application for this site has been recommended for approval and refused twice, which is why it was then taken to appeal. Despite this protracted process, the team remained committed and determined to secure a positive outcome.
“The planning inspectorate has now ruled in favour of the application and permission is granted for up to 80 new homes, open space and associated infrastructure. This result is a testament to the perseverance of the whole team and we can now look forward to the creation of an active new community on the edge of the village.”
