Two Leicestershire businesses have acquired new premises at the established Narborough Wood Business Park in Enderby.
Specialist finance company, LE Capital, which offers flexible stock funding to independent and franchise car dealerships across the UK, has relocated to a 1,867 sq ft office while an automotive services organisation has taken two further units.
George Stancliffe, CEO at LE Capital said: “We needed a new premises in a central, easily accessible location in order to run our business which has coverage nationwide. Positioned close to Leicester and the M1/M69 junction yet within an appealing semi-rural setting, Narborough Wood Park was a very obvious choice. The new office will support the business’ expansion over the next six years.”
