One of the East Midlands’ most influential chartered surveyors and property consultants, Wells McFarlane has won a UK Property Award.The business, with headquarters in Leicestershire’s Lutterworth, was named a Five Star Property Award winner in the Best Property Consultancy Leicestershire category at this most prestigious awards ceremony in London recently (28th October 2016).
Open to commercial and residential property professionals, the UK Property Awards are presented in association with the Daily Telegraph and Emirates. Celebrating the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property, land and real estate industry, a UK Property Award is recognised as a world-renowned mark of excellence.

Participants enter at their relevant national level and are judged by an independent panel of 70 highly experienced professionals who cover the whole range of property disciplines.

”The UK Property Awards ceremony took place at the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square. In addition to being a Five Star winner, Wells McFarlane is also now considered a nominee for Best Property Consultancy UK, which will be announced at the Grand Final on Monday 12th December 2016. If successful, the consultancy will also be eligible to win in their category at the International World’s Best Awards, which are presented on the same evening.
