Congratulations to Team WM for completing the gruelling Wolf Run!
Abi, Bea, Jason, Jonny, Pip, Pru, Simon, Tom, Trevor worked together as a (very muddy!) team to navigate the 10k course in the grounds of The Offchurch Bury, Leamington Spa, all while fundraising for Rainbows Hospice.
Facing freezing cold water, deep mud and over 30 different obstacles, the team made it round the course in an impressive 2.5 hours. Team Captain, Bea Gostynska said: “We had such a great time and lots of laughs trying to push and pull each other over the obstacles and out of the mud. I think our most challenging obstacle was the ‘nutcracker’, essentially a stepped series of slippery logs that were quite far apart and almost impossible to grip, but we managed to climb it eventually.
“It was a fantastic display of teamwork and we’re already planning to enter again next year, plus we’ve raised over £400 for Rainbows, which is brilliant news. Thanks to everyone who sponsored us,” adds Bea.
