ESTATES SURVEYOR

Our award-winning commercial team has an opportunity for an Estates Surveyor.

The Role:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Estates Surveyor to join our dynamic Property team. In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of properties including disposals, valuations, lease renewals, and rent reviews. Your work will directly contribute to the efficient management of our client portfolios, ensuring the best use of property assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting property rent reviews and lease renewals
  • Managing property and disposals
  • Advising on estate management issues and asset management strategies
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maximise property assets
  • Supporting client objectives through effective estate management

The Candidate:

We are looking for candidates with the following:

  • Relevant qualifications (e.g. RICS accredited degree or equivalent)
  • Chartered Surveyor status (MRICS) or working towards it (AssocRICS will also be considered)
  • Experience in property and service charge management, particularly within a commercial environment
  • Working knowledge of property law, asset management, and valuation (preferable but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Computer literacy in all Microsoft applications
  • Team member personality
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Hours:       Permanent full-time, Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm

Salary:      Negotiable (depending on experience) and discretionary bonus scheme.
